The stages of development for this project begin with a wooden carcass through to the aluminium end result |

The material used is aluminium, including the 1000+ rivets in each individual wing |

The overall size of the product is over 3.5 metres in length and stands 0.8 metresWhen complete the wing will be buffed and polished several times to give a mirror shine that replicates the real thing |
